Terms of Use for InsightFlow

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using our InsightFlow mobile application (the "Service").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

Subscriptions and Payment

The Service may include paid subscriptions. When you subscribe, you will be granted access to premium features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

Use of the Service

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms. The safety check and content interaction features are provided to facilitate learning and critical thinking. You are responsible for the content you input and how you use the insights generated by the Service.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors. The Service is protected by copyright and other laws of both Vietnam and foreign countries.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. While we leverage advanced technology, InsightFlow is a tool to assist your thinking, not replace it. We do not warrant that the insights or summaries provided will be completely accurate or error-free. You are ultimately responsible for your own learning and conclusions.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
